Cancellation Policy
No extra guest or children are allowed to wait. 15 minutes past your appointment results in a No-Show, unless we've had communication. No call/ No Shows are charged at 100% with card on record and no refund on deposit. If card is declined you will not be allowed to book until pass fees are paid. No phone cancellation are accepted. Must cancel online. Same day cancellation’s are charged at 50%. Deposit are nonrefundable, but may be used toward your next appointment if you canceled correctly. No refunds on any service after 24 hours !
